There is free valet or self-parking. No affiliation with Nazareth Hospital needed, but an appointment is required.
Ostomy patients will be scheduled on Wednesday with a CWOCN Nurse Practitioner or a Physician. Nursing Staff are all CWOCNs.
Call for an appointment Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
Registration will require a patient's Social Security #, insurance numbers, and reason for visit, along with basic patient contact information.
Patients should bring personal supplies with them.

You must currently be seeing a physician to schedule an appointment with the clinic, if you are not a current patient you must make an appointment with the colorectal surgeon first.
Clinic is offered on Tuesday's in the morning in the Silverstein Building on the 4th Floor.

Clinic is offered on Thursday mornings from 8am to 11am and is held by the Wound Ostomy and Conference Nurses at Christiana Hospital.
You do not need to be affiliated with Christiana or be under care of one of their physicians to attend this clinic, but you must call to schedule an appointment before you go. They will ask for your Date of Birth and what your ostomy-related problem is.
